| Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant |

| Completes the duties of a California licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in compliance to California licensing standards and within the scope of clinical skills required for the patient population being treated and as determined by patient age and diagnosis. Performs the clinical duties of patient treatment intervention, patient/family education, and assists the OTR in discharge planning within occupational therapist clinical practice standards. Reports directly to the department Director. Assists in process improvement and other department operations as requested by the department Director. |

| Must have successfully completed all Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant schooling required for graduation in an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Program |
